Darcy Roberts, PCC is a late-blooming leadership and career coach who wants people to love their work. Her coaching superpowers include ruthless efficiency and a wicked sense of humor. After a small midlife crisis in the Sahara desert brought her to the world of coaching, Darcy joined The Management Coach as an executive coach in 2016, and took over ownership and management of the business in 2023.
With more than 20 years of administrative experience across a variety of industries including the arts, law, finance, banking & executive search, Darcy has worked with a variety of people at all levels of the corporate world. She thrives at helping people figure out what is next for them in all aspects of career transition, and once they've landed, coaches leaders and managers to increased impact, influence and productivity in their work. Darcy completed her coach training with the Coaches Training Institute and has a PCC coaching accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, Effectiveness Coaching, the Facet5 personality assessment tool, and the Birkman method. Jane Mims, Ph.D
Jane Mims, Ph.D., CV-PCC, is a certified psychotherapist, executive coach & mindset mentor whose passion is helping people live up to their full potential. Her superpowers include cutting straight to the source of an issue and not fiddling with symptoms, developing time management solutions that can work for the most disorganized of people, and helping create positive communication patterns professionally and personally. She is passionate about helping managers live successful and low-stress lives through a combination of life coaching, managerial development, and her signature cut-to-the-chase communication style. Jane is an Emmy award-winning journalist who is a certified yoga instructor & avid fitness buff. Mindfulness, awareness, and the practice of active gratitude are part of Jane’s daily life and mission. She brings all of them into her coaching style. She believes there are not two sides to every issue, but myriad ways to approach life. Jane is trained in Effectiveness Coaching and earned her Professional Certified Coach designation at CoachVille. She lives in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Bob; they are parents to five kids, two spirited Goldendoodles, and two seriously sweet cats. |
Karen Dunk-Green, MBA, BSc
Karen Dunk-Green is an executive coach and dynamic facilitator. She integrates mindfulness techniques, extensive management toolkits, and her 30 years of experience as a corporate executive to guide clients in finding professional balance and effectiveness as they pursue lives of meaning and purpose. Karen uses her exceptional listening and communication skills to surface issues, find clarity, and inspire strategies for success. She is very familiar with the challenges inherent in a broad range of business functions and corporate structures as well as not-for-profit and social/cultural organizations. Formerly an executive at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, Karen has lead teams of a few to hundreds and has helped develop countless leaders. Karen is certified in Effectiveness Coaching and the Facet 5 personality assessment; she teaches mindfulness and interpersonal skills to families struggling with emotional and behavioural dysregulation, and lives an active philanthropic and spiritual life. |
Jodi Hosking, BA, ACC
Tapping into an extensive business and entrepreneurial background spanning over 30 years, Jodi Hosking has strong business acumen, is a quick study and helps her clients get clear on key issues and priorities. Jodi has coached all levels of leader from manager to CEO, across a variety of sectors including professional services, retail, manufacturing, automation, technology, energy, regional government and not-for-profit. Jodi is compassionate, honest, and direct. She’s also known for asking probing questions and sharing multiple perspectives and insights. Her responsibility, as your coach, is to co-design an engagement that meets your specific needs, and to provide an engaging, non-judgmental, safe, and confidential space to explore your leadership challenges and opportunities. Jodi holds a BA, is a graduate of the International Coach Academy and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation. She is also a Certified Effectiveness Coach through Reddin Global, a Kolbe specialist and a Certified Leadership Circle Practitioner (360 assessment). Born and raised in Toronto, Jodi has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan and Australia and now calls Guelph, Ontario home. |

Marisa Scott is an ICF professional certified coach, speaker and powerhouse of positive dedication. Combining 7 years of coaching experience with 20 years experience working in leadership and education , she helps her clients manage their mindset, improve professional communication and increase confidence to become better leaders. When our leaders get better, everyone gets better. Marisa is a trained teacher and accountant with professional experience in wealth management, education and international team development. Through her work in non-profit and corporate environments, she knows how to operate with efficiency and focus on tangible progress.
